  • your iOS and watchOS versions, if relevant

Subscriptions and refunds

Marca subscriptions are handled by Apple through your App Store account.

To manage or cancel a subscription, open Settings -> [your name] -> Subscriptions -> Marca.

If you already purchased a subscription, use Restore Purchases in the app.

Refunds are handled by Apple. Use reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

Frequently asked questions

Where is my data stored?

Your workout data is stored locally on your device. Marca does not have a cloud account system or server-side workout storage.

Can I sync between devices?

Cross-device sync is not currently available. Marca stores workout data locally on each device.

I lost my data after reinstalling. Can you recover it?

No. Because Marca does not store a server-side copy of your workout data, support cannot recover deleted local data.

Does Marca use Apple Health or Apple Watch?

Marca can use optional Apple Health, Apple Watch, and heart-rate features if you grant permission. You can control Health permissions in the Settings app.

Does Marca collect analytics or show ads?

No. Marca does not use analytics services, ad networks, tracking tools, or crash reporting services.
